DATE :- 12th September, 2018 Per Court :- This writ petition is filed in the year 2016 and to be precise on 21.12.2016. Same was circulated before this Court on 12.04.2017. On 17.04.2017, notices were issued by this Court. The Petitioner failed to supply the copies of the petition paper book so as to issue notices to the Respondents. Till today i.e. after lapse of one and half years, the Petitioner could not find time to provide copies of the petition paper book so as to issue notices. This clearly shows that the Petitioner is not at all interested in prosecuting this petition. On this ground alone, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and this
