The learned Assistant Solicitor General submits that, the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In view of that, though Mr Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass the arguments on merits, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the alternate remedy before the Central
