By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioner pending before the caste committee since 16.08.2024 be decided expeditiously.

Since the Vigilance Cell Report has already been submitted and the petitioner has submitted his reply to the same and it is only a matter of passing the order, we direct Respondent No.2-Committee to decide caste claim of the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from today.
