The learned counsel submits that respondent No.4 has submitted the proposal to the Education Officer for including the name of the petitioners in '

Shalarth Pranali'

. In case of petitioner No.2, the Education Officer has forwarded the same to the Deputy Director of Education.

In case, the proposals are filed by respondent No.4 for taking the name of the petitioners in '

Shalarth Pranali' with the Education Officer, the Education Officer shall forward the same with its recommendation to respondent No.2, preferably within six (6) weeks, if the same is not forwarded. Respondent No.2 shall take decision upon the said proposal within eight (8) weeks from the receipt of the same.
