The learned Advocate for the applicant submits on instructions that the applicant desires to withdraw this application.

The learned Prosecutor submits that since the applicant has given an undertaking pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 17-01-2020, the said undertaking will have to continue till the adjudication/trial in the offence registered as Crime No.201 of 2019, is completed.

In view of the above, this application stands disposed off, as withdrawn. The undertaking given by the applicant pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 17-01-2020 shall continue. Nevertheless, the applicant would be at liberty to approach the Trial Court for releasing her from the undertaking and in the event of such an application being filed, the Trial Court would consider the said application on its merit. 4.

Pending Criminal Application No.1694/2020 stands disposed off.
