The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that respondent no. 5Management has not been reinstating him and not paying him subsistence allowance. He claims that even his applications are not being received by the management and the school. His representation to respondent no. 2Deputy Director of Education has been pending with his office since 27.11.2024.
