In the instant application for cancellation of bail at the instance of the State, by order dated 23.01.2025, this Court had appointed learned counsel Ms. Suvarna Zaware to represent respondent no.2victim. However, while rejecting the application on 09.05.2025, her fees remained to be quantified.

In view of the above, fees of learned counsel Ms. Suvarna Zaware, who was appointed by this Court to represent respondent no.2-victim, be paid by the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad as per Rules.
