Present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.1 to decide premature release proposal of the petitioner pending with respondent No.1 since 2nd August 2024. 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for all the respondents and submits that he has oral instructions to state that the said proposal would be decided within a period of four months from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking on behalf of respondent No.1.
