By the judgment of this Court dated 21.10.2015, I had quantified the compensation to be paid to the employees on the condition that they would produce the chart, identity proof and proper identification.

It is prayed by the Applicants that the directions be issued to permit the employees to withdraw their amounts as per the chart annexed to these Civil Applications at Exhibits C-6.

*2* 915.ca.597.598.17.con The learned Advocates submit that the judgment of this Court has not been assailed or set aside by the Honourable Supreme Court. Considering the above, these Civil Applications are disposed of by allowing the Applicants to produce the Charts before the concerned Department of this Court for withdrawal of amounts. The Nazir Section of this Court shall consider the charts in the light of the directions of this Court set out in paragraphs 13 to 19 of the judgment dated 21.10.2015 and after due compliance, they shall permit the eligible/entitled employees to withdraw their amounts.
