This application is filed for withdrawal of remaining amount of compensation deposited by the insurance company towards death claim filed by applicants/claimants. 3.

Reason assigned is marriage of applicant No. 3, which is scheduled on 20.12.2024.

Learned advocate for the insurance has strenuously opposed the application stating that already an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- is withdrawn and nothing will remain if claimants are permitted to withdraw the remaining amount.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw remaining amount of compensation along with accrued proportionate interest, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).
