The present civil application is filed for condonation of delay of 631 days caused in filing the review application. 2.

The reasons for the delay in filing the review application stated in the application that the SLP was filed and that the delay is caused in filing the review application. Further it is submitted that issue involved in the present review application has been decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of National Insurance Co. ltd. vs. Pranay Sethi and Others on 31/10/2017.

In view of the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, the application is allowed and delay is condoned. List the Review for hearing on 23/04/2024.
