The learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad and the learned Assistant Government Pleader are ad-idem that the petitioners herein are similarly situated as petitioners in Writ Petition No. 7473 of 2019 with other connected writ petitions decided under order dated 11th February, 2020.

In the light of the above and for the reasons recorded in Writ Petition No. 7473 of 2019 with other connected writ petitions under order dated 11th February, 2020, we adopt the same course and pass following order.

O R D E R

(i) The respondents shall accord the benefit of Government Resolution dated 02.05.2009 to the petitioners and implement the orders of the Divisional Commissioner dated 17.10.2017, passed in their favour for regularizing the services of the petitioners.

(ii) The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three (03) months from today.

(iii) The writ petition is accordingly allowed in above terms. No costs.
