Amongst other prayers, the petitioner is seeking a direction for decision of her appeal filed before the Competent Committee constituted under the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024. 2.

We are of the opinion that instead of going into merits of the mater, it would be appropriate that direction is issued for deciding the pending appeal itself. The appeal was preferred recently on 17.07.2025. 3.
