The petitioner submits that the appeal fled by him against the order imposing penalty upon the petitioner by Chief Executive Offcer, is allowed by Additional Commissioner on 3rd May 2019. The same is not implemented. Representation is also given.

Mr. Pulkundwar, learned Counsel appears for respondent Nos.2 and 3. Learned Counsel submits that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are contemplating fling review of the order of Additional Commissioner.
