By this application, the applicant is seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2. It is the contention of learned counsel for respondent No.2 that the charge sheet has been filed against the respondent No.2 and trial has been commenced. Hence, this application has become infructuous.

The respondent No.2 has been charged under Sections 307, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506, 34 of I.P.C. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhusawal has allowed the bail application of respondent No.2. Now charge sheet has been filed against respondent No.2 and trial has been commenced. So it is not necessary to cancel the bail granted to respondent No.2 and I pass the following order:-

Application is rejected.
