The present Application is preferred for withdrawal of amount deposited by the insurance company in this Court. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the applicants/ original claimants that this Hon'ble Court by its judgment and order dated 07.11.2025 dismissed the First Appeal No.1439 of 2011 filed by the insurance company. He submitted that the original claimants are seeking to withdraw the entire remaining amount deposited by the insurance company and prays to allow the application. 3.

In view of above, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "D".
