1) The application is filed for condonation of delay. Learned counsel submitted that delay of more than two years is caused. Other side is served and one Advocate has filed appearance but nobody has turned up. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made and as nothing could have been achieved by not filing appeal in time, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown.
