The petitioners have been keen for early decision of the proposal for separation of the Village Jayakowadi from the group Village Panchayat Harki-Nimgaon.

On our request, learned AGP has taken instructions and would point out that the proposal is under active consideration and the Chief Executive Office of Zilla Parishad, Beed has been called upon for some compliance by communication dated 10.02.2025. Even the learned advocate for the petitioner admits the status. Considering the main prayer for consideration of the proposal, when it is already under active consideration, nothing survives in respect of prayer clause 'B'. 1 of

Though by virtue of prayer clause 'C' directions have been solicited for declaration of election for the village which is yet to be separated, the relief is consequential in nature. The petitioners can resort to appropriate remedy at an appropriate stage. 4.
