The petitioner is coming with following prayers: "BPlease take the serious action against R-2 for his illegally false imposed tax action of impugned notice dated 10/12/2024 bearing out word no. AL/17/2024-25 of Rs.1,06,243/- and false illegal impugned notice dated 13/11/2024 bearing out word no. 166/2024-25 to unlawfully imposed on indigent unemployed present petitioner 1500 Sq. Ft. in which 3 rooms and 2 shops using by Shri Vyankatesh Sarvajanik Wachnayala Latur, since 2003 to till today in rent free. Therefore kindly may be please quashed and set aside the false illegal notice dated 10/12/2024 and 13/11/2024 please quash and set aside with heavy cost and compensation penalty. Please take the serious action against respondent No. 2 for locked / sealed the house and 2 shop of rent free place used for public trust. Please humbly praying quickly grant the permanent interim injunction stay of the false notice dated 10/12/2024 & 13/11/2024 stay and quash aside." 2.

We have heard the party-in-person, who is taking exception to the 1/2

922 WP 14039 OF 2024.odt notice served upon him by the Municipal Corporation under Rule 46 and 49 of the Taxation Rules for non payment of property tax. 3.
