The petitioner contends that he has filed an appeal against the order of the Sub Divisional Officer rejecting the application for issuance of tribe certificate and the same is pending since 27.06.2017.

Considering the fact that, the appeal is pending since six months, we direct the respondent No. 2 to decide the appeal filed
