Having regard to the nature of dispute and in order to decide the appeal on its own merits and having regard to the reasons assigned in the application for condonation of delay, particularly in paragraph 3, the delay needs to be condoned.

ORDER

(I) The Civil Application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii) The Registry to make scrutiny of the appeal as per procedure and thereafter it be numbered and placed before the Court for admission. (iii) The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
