ORDER:

Learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, on 20.03.2018, the award has been passed and the amount of compensation is determined. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, six months' time would be required to make the payment to the petitioner.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner also.

The award is passed belatedly. Only Rs. 5.00 lakhs has been paid to the petitioner under the orders of this Court. The respondents are duty bound to pay the amount as per the award. The respondents are bound by the award.

The respondents shall pay the amount as determined under the award by deducting the amount already paid within four (4) months from today.
