The learned AGP points out that the order impugned in the present writ petition dated 4th October 2024 passed by learned Adhoc District Judge-2, Vaijapur Dist. Aurangabad in RCA No.40 of 2024 below Exhibit-21 was challenged by Respondent No.5 herein and original defendant No.8 in RCS No.263 of 2023. This Court in Appeal From Order No. 44 of 2024 issued direction to the District Judge to make an endeavor to conclude hearing of pending appeal and to decide it as expeditiously as possible within ten weeks from the date of receipt of
