The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had given representation on 28.11.2017 to respondent no.2, however, the same is not decided.

We have heard the learned counsel for respondent no.2.

The petitioner has given representation to the effect that the services rendered by him on daily wages shall be counted for the purpose of pensionary benefit.

The respondent shall take decision upon the representation of petitioner (Exhibit-B, Page10) on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months.
