Learned advocate for the applicant states that applications would be invited by Maharashtra State Examination Council, Pune for Maharashtra Teachers Eligibility Test and non declaration of result on account of invalidation of tribe claim of the petitioner would be impediment for her for appearing at the examination conducted by the council.

Learned advocate further refers to an order dated 16th January, 2020 civil application No. 12712 of 2019 in writ petition No. 6998 of 2019, wherein this court has considered that result

{2} ca14005-19 of the petitioner may not be withheld on the ground of tribe claim being invalidated, in case petitioner is otherwise eligible and petitioner shall not be refrained from doing her internship on the ground of invalidation of tribe claim.

Having regard to aforesaid, in the present matter, it would be expedient that respondent No. 5 may declare result of the petitioner of B. Ed. Course, however, petitioner would not be able to claim benefit of claimed tribe till decision of the writ petition. 4.

Civil application stands disposed of.
