The respondents raised an objection that as a second revision is available to the petitioners in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court delivered in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra [2015(6) Mh.L.J.915], this petition can be disposed off.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that he would prefer his second revision expeditiously and the time spent by the petitioners in this Court from the date of lodging of this petition, may be considered as a ground for seeking condonation of delay, if any. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to file their second revision. khs/JUNE 2019/1523

In the event, such a proceeding is initiated within 6 weeks from today, the time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 12/12/2018 until 6 weeks from today, would be considered as a ground for condonation of delay.
