The applicants are seeking regular bail in Crime No.I-241/2015 registered at Shillegaon Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 149, 324, 452, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Perused the investigation papers and the allegations made in the F.I.R.

It is noted that the applicants were arrested and were subjected to investigation. The applicants are now in M.C.R. 5.
The medical report speaks of simple injuries suffered by the victim and the complainant.

Apart from above, there is F.I.R. vide Crime No.I-240/2015 against the complainant. In that view of the matter, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to order release of the applicants. As such, I proceed to pass the following order.
(I) The applicants be released in Crime No.I-241/2015 registered at Shillegaon Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 149, 324, 452, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs.Fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount, by each of them. (II) Till filing of charge-sheet, the applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of the concerned police station, but for the purpose of investigation.
