The learned Advocate for the Respondents/ Municipal Corporation submits that the learned Vacation Court had not granted any interim relief to the Petitioner vide the order dated 20.11.2023. The premises of the Petitioner were de-sealed by the Municipal Corporation after verifying the record, on 17.11.2023 itself.

In the light of the statement made by the Municipal Corporation that the shop has been de-sealed on 17.11.2023 and the notice is withdrawn, if any unpaid taxes are found in future, an appropriate procedure would be initiated to recover the same

In view of the above and keeping all the remedies and legal options open to the Petitioner, by consent, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
