The petitioner/institution is claiming reimbursement of fees under Section 12(1)(C) of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.

We have heard the learned standing counsel for respondent No.1, learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and learned advocate Mr Pulkundwar for respondent No.5. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition directing respondents to consider petitioner's claim on its own merits in the light of the requisition/proposal forwarded by the Headmaster addressed to the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded, dated 06/12/2024 (Exhibit B) and if it is found entitled to have the reimbursement, they shall take immediate step for making the reimbursement.
