Motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of judgment dated 28.08.2023.

Mr. Ashutosh Kulkarni, learned Advocate appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that in the judgment dated 28.08.2023, his name is wrongly mentioned as 'A. A. Kulkarni' instead of 'Ashutosh S. Kulkarni', so also in clause (iii) of the operative part of the judgment, the amount in words is mentioned as 'Eighty Seven Lakh Twenty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Five' instead of 'Eighty Eight Lakh Twenty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Five'. He further submits that in paragraph no.12, in line no.14 the word 'widow' is required to be replaced as 'wife'.

In that view of the matter, the appearance of the learned Advocate appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 be corrected as 'Ashutosh S. Kulkarni' instead of 'A. A. Kulkarni' and in clause (iii) of the operative part of the judgment the amount in words be corrected as 'Eighty Eight Lakh Twenty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Five' instead of 'Eighty Seven Lakh Twenty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Five' and in paragraph no.12, in line no.14 the word 'widow' be replaced as 'wife'. 4.

Necessary corrections be carried out accordingly. 5.
