ORDER
(22nd March, 2025) 1.
Parties have settled the disputes. Both the parties filed terms of compromise on record, which is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. Respondent Nos. 1A to 1C are present before this Court along with their Advocate. They confirm the signatures on the terms of settlement, which is duly attested by their Advocate. They accept the same to be voluntary.

Having regard to the facts of the case, terms of settlement are reasonable and hence, deserve to be accepted. As agreed between the parties, Appellant Insurer would be permitted to withdraw sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- along with interest accrued thereon. Rest of 129-FA-1261-2019.odt
the amount is permitted to be withdrawn by Respondent Nos. 1A to 1C along with accrued interest.

Registry to permit Appellant Insurer to withdraw sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- along with interst. Remaining amount with accrued interest be transferred to Tribunal. Respondent Nos. 1A to 1C are permitted to withdraw the said amount before Tribunal.

In view of above, Appeal stands disposed of.

The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the Rules.
6.
The Civil Application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
7.
The award/decree be drawn up in terms of compromise.
8.
No order as to costs.
