Learned counsel for the applicants submits that at present applicant No.3 has filed present application for withdrawal of the amount to the extent of 50% alongwith interest. 2.

It appears that applicant No.1 died after the appeal is disposed of by this court. The applicant No.2 has not filed any application for withdrawal of the compensation amount and as such the amount is lying in this Court by way of fixed deposit in Nationalized bank. Out of the said amount, applicant No.3 Sarla d/o Vasudeo Chaturvedi is seeking withdrawal of 50% of amount. In view of above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and disposed of. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.)
