Heard learned counsel for the applicant, the learned APP for the respondent-State, and the learned appointed Counsel for respondent No.3.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0612/2024, dated 16/11/2024, registered at Akole Police Station, Akole, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under sections 109, 115(2), 324(2), 324(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.
This Court, by order dated 17/12/2024, granted interim protection to the applicant, noting the submissions and the reasons stated in paragraphs 4 and 5, as follow : - "4] Apparently, the fight is between the husband and his wife on account of the inquiry made by the wife as regards the applicant's relations with one of his Manager. The fight which is resulted in certain injuries is being caused to the complainant which are noted at para 5 of order dated 10.12.2024 of the learned Sessions Court. 5] Considering the nature of injuries so also the parties involved in this matter are husband and wife, interim protection is granted to the 1 of
938 ABA 2154-2024 applicant till the next date of listing."

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, in pursuance of the order dated 17/12/2024, the applicant has attended the concerned police station and has cooperated with the investigation. He submits that the interim protection granted in favour of the applicant may be confirmed.

The applicant is present along with his father and mother. He assures this Court that he will not harass the informant/wife in the future. The applicant's statement is taken on record. The informant has also agreed to join the applicant and family. Respondent No.3 shall have the liberty to join the applicant and his family. She may do so in two weeks.

This Court expects both parties to maintain cordial relations, with the applicant taking care of respondent No. 3 and respondent No. 3 ensuring harmony in the household. In view of this resolution, the interim orders granted to the applicant stand confirmed. 7.
In view of the above, the application is allowed in the following terms : - 2 of
938 ABA 2154-2024 i] In the event the applicant is arrested in connection with FIR No.0612/2024, dated 16/11/2024, registered at Akole Police Station, Akole, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under sections 109, 115(2), 324(2), 324(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

The fees of the appointed advocate are quantified at Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only), to be paid by the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.

The application stands disposed of.

This Court appreciates the efforts taken by learned Counsel Mr. K. N. Shermal for the applicant in facilitating a settlement between the parties. The Court also acknowledges the assistance rendered by appointed Counsel Ms. Diksha A. Sharma in aiding the Court to achieve the settlement.
