At the outset, learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner orally prays for an amendment to the application by addition of the word 'Mantralaya' in paragraph No.2 after the words 'Director of Information Technology'. He submits that it is an inadvertent mistake, and as such, the applicant be permitted to amend application. Oral prayer is allowed.

By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner prays for an amendment to the petition by substituting the address of respondent No.3 in the title clause of the petition. It is submitted before this Court
(2) that respondent No.3 was occupying the position of Chief Executive Officer at the time of passing of the order by the Division Bench of this Court on 4th April, 2019 in Writ Petition No.10474 of 2016 and he was also apprised of the order by way of a communication dated 10th June, 2019, copy of which is placed on record. Learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner further submitted that as per the information collected by the applicant, respondent No.3 is transferred from Beed and now occupying the position of Director of Information Technology, Mumbai and the incumbent on the place of Shri. Amol Yedge, Shri. Ajit Kumbhar is now occupying the position of Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed, and as such, he be permitted to add present Chief Executive Officer as party respondent No.3.1. Learned Counsel for the applicant also invited our attention to the representation submitted to the present Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed on 16th September, 2019.

In view of the submission of learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner, the present application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).

Necessary amendment be carried out by 16th December, 2019. On carrying out necessary amendment, issue notice to respondent No.3
(3) on the fresh address as well as to respondent No.3.1, making the same returnable on 31st January, 2020.
The civil application stands disposed of.
