By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the order passed by the learned District Magistrate and Appellate Tribunal under Senior Citizens Act, dated 14th October 2024, dismissing the appeal of the present petitioners. The appeal was filed against an order dated 28th March 2024 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Senior Citizen Maintenance Tribunal, Ausa-Renapur Dist. Latur. It is directed to the petitioner to pay the amount of Rs.1,000/- to the father and Rs.500/- to the mother i.e. present Respondent No.1 by judgment and order dated 28th March 2024. However, after the order, the father of the

Ethape ( 2 ) 24-WP-914-2025 petitioner No.1 and grand-father of petitioner No.2 thereafter expired. Thus now the question is of payment of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Respondent No.1 by the present petitioners.

Considering the amount directed by the Tribunal, this court finds that even issuing notice and requiring the respondent to appear before this Court would not be proper. Considering above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Petition therefore stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
