Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court, the applicants are permitted to withdraw amount to the extent of 50% deposited before this court on furnishing undertaking and further permitted to withdraw an amount to the extent of 25% on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial and remaining 25% of the amount shall be kept in fixed deposit receipt in any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of five years and thereafter be renewed as directed by this Court.
