This is the Application for withdrawal of the amount in the First Appeal, which is disposed off before the National Lok Adalat dated 17/03/2019.

There is no dispute that, one month before, the Acquiring Body has deposited the amount under the Award with accrued interest. Therefore, the Claimants have moved this Application for withdrawal of the amount. There is no dispute that, the Applicants were brought on record as the legal representatives of the Deceased - Original Claimant, namely, Laxman Maruti Jadhav before the learned Reference Court itself. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body has no objection to allow the Application.

In this view of the matter, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - 'B', by adopting the necessary procedure permissible under the law.
