Heard learned counsel for petitioners.

After hearing the learned counsel for petitioners, learned counsel for the caveator/respondent No.5 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents No.1 to 3, it transpires that, it is case of present petitioners that having regard to the information supplied to them and the certificate issued by the school with regard to change in the date of birth, it was not necessary to remand the matter to the collector for verification and decision afresh.

On perusal of the decision of the appellate authoritythe commissioner, it appears that elaborate reasons are given
2 Writ Petition No. 298/2019 while remanding the matter. Having regard to those, it does not appear that it suffers any infirmity entailing interception under discretionary powers of this court.

In view of aforesaid, writ petition is not being entertained and is rejected.
