The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad, dated 17.11.2018. The issue is as regards a mutation entry. The petitioner has a statutory remedy of preferring a second Revision before the State in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others, 2016 (5) MhLJ 12.

{2} wp979719.odt In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to avail of the statutory remedy. The time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 13.12.2018 till the passing of this order shall be considered as a good ground for condonation of delay.
