PER COURT :

After hearing learned Advocate for the Applicants and learned APP at length, we are of the view that for present substantive sentence of Applicants deserves to be suspended. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
(i) Criminal Applications are allowed.
(ii) Pending the appeal, the substantive sentence of
913.APPLN.1096.2019.doc imprisonment imposed by the trial Court is suspended. The applicants are released on bail on their executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety in the like amount.
(iii)Bail before the trial Court.
