This motion is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 08th February, 2024.

In the said order, while allowing the application condition is imposed on applicant Digambar Dadarao Tarke that he shall produce stick allegedly used in the crime before investigating ofÏcer. Learned APP points out that the stick is already recovered from applicant Digambar and entry to that effect is taken in station diary on 08/01/2024.

In that view of the matter, in order dated 08th February, 2024, in paragraph Nos.6, words ......, "it appears that, stick is to be recovered from Digambar Dadarao Tarke." and ...... "except stick from applicant Digambar Dadarao Tarke," .... be deleted and from paragraph No.7 clause (i) be deleted.
