This is successive bail applicationfor bail in Crime No. 212 of 2022 registered with Kannad Police Station, District Aurangabad. 3.

After hearing the learned counsel for the accused and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent-State, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the bail as the chemical analysis report which were subsequentely produced does not assist the applicant in getting the bail. The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application.
