Learned senior counsel, on instructions, makes a statement that if the applicants reported on duty and mark their presence through biometric, they would be paid their dues. He further submits that if the applicants have already worked with the institution, they would be paid their dues. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been reporting on duty, but due to some technical snag in the biometric machine, they are signing the muster manually. 1 / 2

Aforesaid indicates that there is factual dispute as regards whether the biometric machine has developed any snag. In view of this, we direct the applicants to report on duty and mark their presence through biometric machine and if the biometric machine is not in order, they would report their presence to the Headmaster in writing and do their job. 4.
