This application has been pressed into service on account of delay in trial.

Today, learned counsel for the applicant points out that the matter is not progressing speedily, and applicant is behind the bars since 25.08.2022.

Learned APP also makes a statement across the bar that now trial is at the fag end. Learned APP further makes a statement across the bar that there is information from his counterpart that, matter would proceed on day-to-day basis. 4.

In view of the above, learned trial Court is requested to conclude the trial as early as possible 5.

Bail Applications is disposed of.

The learned counsel for the applicant is also directed to cooperate in the early disposal of the trial and shall not seek any adjournment during the trial.
