Considering the limited grievance raised in the instant petition, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition, at admission stage.

Notice. Notice is made returnable forthwith. Since this Court is issuing directions to respondent No.2 Education Officer, it would not be necessary for this Court to issue notice to respondent Nos.3 and 4.

Our attention is invited to the copy of the proposal submitted to respondent No.2 Education Officer, Zilha Parishad, Latur, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner along with another employee Sudhir Bapurao Boinwad. The

{2} wp 1788.19.odt petitioner was appointed on 1.8.2012. Copy of the appointment order is on record at Exhbit G. Though the proposal was submitted on 6.11.2012 and there were reminders and internal communication was forwarded to the Education Officer intimating removal of deficiencies, pointed out by the Education Officer removed, the proposal is still pending with the Education Officer for decision. On 10.11.2018 and 5.12.2018, the Head Master requested the Education Officer to grant approval and appraised the Education Officer that deficiencies are removed. Considering these facts, petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 Education Officer - Secondary, Latur to decide the proposal submitted to him on 6.11.2012, if not yet decided, as early as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court . Authenticate copy of this order be provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned AGP to communicate this order to the concerned respondents.
