These are the Applications for withdrawal of the entire amount deposited by the Appellant / Acquiring Body in this Court under the Award passed by the learned Reference Court.

The Applicants' land came to be acquired for the Storage Tank Gunjotiwadi. The Special Land Acquisition Officer awarded the compensation of Rs. 817/- per Are. In Reference, the learned Reference Court enhanced the compensation to Rs. 6,000/- per Are for Bagayat land. There is no dispute that the connected Appeals, wherein the compensation for Jirayat land was enhanced, have been settled before the National Lokadalat. The Applicants are ready to furnish solvent surety / security for 25% amount. Considering these aspects and after hearing both the sides, I proceed to pass the following order:
ORDER
[i] Both the Applications are allowed.
[ii] The Applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the Acquiring Body under the Award, subject to furnishing regular undertaking against 75% amount along with interest accrued thereon, and solvent security / surety for remaining 25% amount with interest accrued thereon to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. [iii] The Applications stand disposed off.
