Heard the learned Advocate for the appellant. Having considered the Bailiff report, it transpires that respondent no.5 is residing on new address at Aurangabad. The address is also mentioned in the Bailiff report. Consequently, reissue notice on the new address in the report. In addition to this and to avoid the delay, as the respondent no.5 is unable to trace out, substituted service under Order 5 Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure is allowed.
