Mr.Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the Writ petition was disposed of on the last occasion as the proposal of the petitioner was rejected. In the present petition, the petitioner has only sought direction to decide the said proposal. However, the said order was not carried out. Learned counsel submits that as the earlier Writ

2 WP 224/17 Petition was disposed of, the petitioner has filed the fresh Writ Petition.

Considering the fact that the relief claimed in the instant Writ Petition did not survive. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
