This application is filed under section 439(2) Cr.P.C. for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 27.09.2018 in Crime No. 253/2018, registered with Kotwali Police Station, Ahmednagar, for offence punishable under sections 420, 188, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant, learned advocate for respondents No. 2 and 3 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State. Perused the record. Bhagyawant Punde

During the course of hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has pointed that in the present crime 'C' summary report was filed on 23.07.2019 and same is accepted by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No. 1, Ahmednagar on 05.08.2019. In view of this development, nothing survives in this application. The application is rendered infructuous and same is disposed of as such.
