The Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by way of common order dated 13.07.2022 had dismissed the second appeal for want of removal of objections. The present application is filed seeking restoration of the second appeal and also for condonation of delay of 475 days caused in filing civil application.

Since the registration was refused and no notices were issued to other side, this Court finds that, no notice is necessary while considering this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. The second appeal is restored subject to cost of Rs. 2,500/- (Rs. Two Thousand Five Hundred only) to be deposited in the Legal Aid Centre
